On Gmail:

If you’ve signed up for one of The Buffalo News’ newsletters, but haven’t been receiving them, the newsletter is most likely filtered in your: a.) Spam folder; or b.) Promotions tab.

To make sure you’re seeing future emails:

  1. Add digital@buffnews.com to your Google contacts.
  2. After locating the email in your Spam or Promotions tab, move one of our previous newsletter emails from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab. Gmail will ask whether it should always deliver there. Click, yes.
