'Dungeons & Dragons' game interrupted by armed robbers

A group playing "Dungeons & Dragons" in a Niagara Falls house Tuesday night was robbed by a trio of assailants, including one carrying a shotgun and another holding a machete-style knife.

One of the robbers who entered the home – on McKoon Avenue just south of College Avenue – held the shotgun to a man's neck while the thieves demanded the wallets and cellphones from those present, according to a city police report.

The robbers, who entered the home at about 9:20 p.m. through an unlocked side door, also took a PlayStation 4 video game system and several swords. They fled the scene by stealing a car, which was subsequently recovered, according to the report.
