OKSMAN - Barry A. November 15, 1951 - September 25, 2018. Barry A. Oksman of Eden, NY, passed away with family by his side, following a courageous battle with liver disease. He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob and Josephine Oksman; and his brother, Robert Oksman. Barry was born and raised in New York City. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, and served his country during the Vietnam War. Many fellow Western New York fishermen will know him best by his nick name of "Anchor Wheel". He was a devoted employee of the Ford Motor Company for over 30 years. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2018, 11 AM at Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 4199 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg, NY 14075 (info@lakesidefuneralhome.com).
