Someone fired a BB gun at a school bus that had children on board Tuesday afternoon in Black Rock, according to a Buffalo police report.
A window behind the bus driver shattered and glass sprayed on three children, police were told shortly after 5 p.m. The incident happened near the intersection of Tonawanda and Hamilton streets, according to the report.
The bus was heading north on Tonawanda and had 12 children between the ages of 6 and 9 on board. The report did not indicate whether any of the passengers were injured. Police located four juveniles who may have been involved and a BB gun was recovered from a home on Tonawanda Street, according to the report.
No one had been charged by the time the police report was filed.
On Thursday, someone inside a vehicle fired shots at an unoccupied school bus parked on Manitoba Street in the city's Seneca-Babcock neighborhood, according to another police report.
