Three men were charged with gun possession in separate incidents Monday in Buffalo, according to police reports.
Antwaine J. Parker, 25, of North Tonawanda, was accused of firing a gun from the porch of a home on Jones Street on the city's East Side shortly before 7:30 p.m. Parker, who was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment, was arrested at the Central District police station at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to a report.
Terrace L. Capps, 27, of Buffalo, was found with a loaded .25-caliber handgun on the porch of a 19th Street home after police responded to a "shots fired" call at 8:12 p.m. Monday, according to a report. Capps was charged with weapons and marijuana possession.
Police charged Jalon R. Posey Jr., 27, of Buffalo, with weapons possession after responding to a "shots fired" call on Herkimer Street. Posey was seen by officers tossing a loaded .25-caliber pistol into a yard on Auburn Avenue, according to a report.
