A Jamestown man was arrested on three charges Saturday morning, after what Jamestown city police called a domestic violence incident.
Wilfredo Castrillo, 42, allegedly ransacked an apartment, cutting all the electronic cords in the residence with a pocket knife.
Police said Castrillo had left the East Second Street apartment before officers arrived at about 7:30 a.m. However, he returned while police were still there and was taken into custody.
Castrillo was charged with aggravated family offense, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was held in the Jamestown city jail.
