Duplicate Bridge: Sept. 22, 2018

The Buffalo Fall Sectional Tournament continues today, Saturday, Sept. 22, and Sunday, Sept. 23, in the Main-Transit Fire Hall, 6777 Main St., Amherst. There will be pairs games at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. today and Swiss teams at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. For info, click this link. The Bridge Center of Buffalo, the Airport Bridge Club and Lockport Duplicate Bridge will be closed today for the tournament.

The Airport Bridge Club will award extra points at all of its games Monday, Sept. 24, through next Saturday, Sept. 29, at no extra charge.

Bridge Club Meridian will hold an extra-point game at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24.

The Bridge Center of Buffalo will raise the upper master point limit for its Thursday afternoon game from 750 to 999 points, beginning in October. Also beginning in October, the club's Thursday evening game will have a new starting time  7 p.m.
