A 73-year-old Chautauqua County woman has been charged with manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter in the April death of a 48-year-old ATV operator, state police said.
Marylou Johnson, of Busti, was arrested Friday and charged with killing Wilfredo Rodriguez-Colon in Randolph, police said. Johnson also was charged with driving while intoxicated, assault and leaving the scene of of a crash resulting in serious injury, police said.
Rodriguez-Colon's body was found by a passing ATV operator April 21 on Swanson Hill Road. The case was presented to a grand jury, and an arrest warrant for Johnson was issued Wednesday.
Johnson was scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning.
