Bruce Wieszala has taken over the kitchen at The Terrace, overlooking Hoyt Lake in Delaware Park.
The chef, who earned plaudits at Tabree, Thin Man and Bourbon & Butter, debuts his Terrace fall menu on Sept. 19.
Expect small plates like duck rillettes with pickles and toast, roasted carrots with smoked pistachio butter and honey, and roasted cauliflower with pine nuts, sultanas and brown butter vinaigrette.
Entrees will include smoked duck breast with roasted pear salad, squash and walnuts, trout with baked apple and potato sticks, and housemade sausage.
The restaurant, at 199 Lincoln Parkway, is open Wednesday through Sunday, with brunch Saturday and Sunday.
