A Town of Allegany woman was arrested Thursday after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reported she wiped cow manure on the vehicle of a Social Services employee in Olean.
Mary C. McConnell, 30, also threatened to throw cow manure in the same Social Services employee's face, according to the sheriff's office.
McConnell was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal tampering in connection with the incident at the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services in Olean.
Deputies said McConnell turned herself in at the Department of Social Services.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Allegany Court on Oct. 15 at 5 p.m.
