Federal authorities are still looking for one of the 12 suspected Buffalo gang members and gang associates whose indictment was announced Thursday.
Rashad Rose, 23, has been charged with assault in aid of racketeering, prosecutors said. Rose is a member of the BFL gang and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The BFL gang, which also went by the name CBL, has used the Towne Gardens housing complex at Clinton Street and Jefferson Avenue as its base of operations. Members and associates, 11 of whom have been taken into custody, have been accused of murder, drug dealing and witness intimidation.
The FBI asks anyone who has information on Rose's whereabouts to call 716-856-7800 and then press zero to speak with an agent.
