A Niagara Falls man was arrested Wednesday on charges related to the shooting of two men late Sunday night in Niagara Falls.
David F. Pryor III, 26, was charged with two counts of first-degree felony assault after he turned himself in Wednesday morning.
Pryor is accused of shooting Seth O'Harrow and Samuel Musolino, both of Niagara Falls, outside Poppy's Place, 8806 Cayuga Drive.
O'Harrow, who was shot once in the head, remained in critical condition Wednesday while Musolino, who was shot once in the chest, was in stable condition and is expected to be released early next week, police said.
Police found O'Harrow and Musolino on the 600 block of Niagara Street shortly before midnight Sunday. Musolino was attempting to drive to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and drove up on the curb on Niagara Street, blowing out three tires.
Detectives believe there was a fight in the bar parking lot when someone pulled a gun.
Pryor was arraigned and held without bail.
