Victim in Niagara Falls double shooting remains in critical condition

One of the two men shot Sunday night in the parking lot of a Niagara Falls bar remains in critical condition while the other victim's condition has improved, police said Tuesday.

Seth O'Harrow, 25, of Niagara Falls, was shot in the head outside Poppy's Place, 8806 Cayuga Drive, and remains critical at Erie County Medical Center. Samuel Musolino, 27, also of the Falls, is now in stable condition at ECMC, Niagara Falls Police Capt. Kelly J. Rizzo said in an email.

Police found O'Harrow and Musolino on the 600 block of Niagara Street shortly before midnight Sunday. Musolino was attempting to drive to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and drove up on the curb on Niagara Street, blowing out three tires.

Detectives believe there was a fight in the bar parking lot when someone pulled a gun. Each victim was shot once.

Police have been in contact with a suspect and are attempting to arrange his surrender, Rizzo said.
