Letter: Denying someone service is wrong on all counts

Why is it OK for the owner of a bakery to refuse to make a cake for his customers, but it’s terrible for the owner of a restaurant to refuse service to Sarah Huckabee Sanders?

Both “decisions” were based on the beliefs of the owners of the business that applied to each of their customers. Yet, one decision is praised by the “right” and the other is called un-American and worse. By the way, both owners were wrong.

I believe growing up that we were taught that the only groups that can be denied service were those people either not wearing a shirt or shoes.

But I guess times have changed, too bad bigots and hypocrites haven’t. They never will.
