Man ejected from Bills game charged with DWI under Leandra's Law

A Jamestown man who had been ejected from New Era Field was charged with felony driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law after his brother jumped from their SUV about 5:30 p.m. Sunday on Southwestern Boulevard near Milestrip Road, Orchard Park Police reported.

Dylan George, 25, registered .12 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test, police said. Because his 6-year-old son was a passenger in the vehicle, police noted, the DWI charge was upgraded to a felony. He also was charged with marijuana possession and was released after posting bail.

His 24-year-old brother, whose name was not given, was treated in Erie County Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. Police said the brothers had been arguing after they were kicked out of the Buffalo Bills game for inappropriate behavior.
