Man arrested for begging in McDonald's drive-through line

A 30-year-old man was arrested Friday morning for what Niagara Falls Police termed "aggressive panhandling" in the drive-through line at the City Market McDonald's restaurant at 1726 Pine Ave.

Officers said that around 8:30 a.m., Justin O. Gabby was walking up to cars waiting in the drive-through lane and knocking on windows, "begging for money." They said that Gabby had previously been warned against such tactics in the same location.

Gabby, of Main Street, was charged with aggressive panhandling in a public place.
