A Warsaw woman was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated and other charges after her vehicle struck several mailboxes, according to New York State Police.
At around 2:30 p.m. Aug. 18, following a 911 call of a vehicle striking several mailboxes, Heather Aldinger, 42, was found in her vehicle on Burke Hill Road in the Town of Perry, troopers said.
According to troopers, Aldinger was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and recorded a .14 blood alcohol level at the Warsaw state police barracks.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated prior conviction, leaving the scene of an accident, moved from lane unsafely, license restriction violation and operating a vehicle with obstructed vision. She was taken to Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
