Poor driving leads to arrest for stolen car in Chautauqua County

Poor driving led to an arrest for possession of a stolen car early Tuesday morning, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies observed William E. Sinagra, 20, of Crafton, Pa.,  making an unsafe lane change and failing to dim his high-beams at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday on Route 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover.

Deputies stopped the vehicle, which had previously been reported stolen, and charged Sinagra with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and traffic violations. Sinagra was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
