Holly Rose Gillenwater, 28, was pulled over on River Road at 3:50 a.m. Deputies determined she was operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs, the Sheriff's Office said, and because she also had a 15-year-old in the vehicle, she was charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.
