Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul's job keeps her busy criss-crossing the state. That's even more true during an election year when she faces a tough primary fight.
"My beloved husband would say 'The only difference between you and God is God is everywhere and you're never at home,' " Hochul told The Buffalo News editorial board on Thursday. She added she is honored to serve the residents of the state and fortunate to have an understanding husband.
The Hamburg native and former member of Congress and her husband, Bill, the former United States attorney in Buffalo, will celebrate their 34th wedding anniversary on Saturday.
Hochul's schedule makes it hard to run errands like picking the right anniversary gift. So what did she do?
