A Grand Island man was arrested by Genesee County Sheriff's Office deputies on felony driving while intoxicated charges, the Sheriff's Office said.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Andrew M. Cerrillo, 27, was stopped at about 3:35 p.m. Tuesday on Main Road in Stafford.
Cerrillo was charged with felony driving while intoxicated because of a previous conviction within the last 10 years. He also was charged with speeding, not using a turn signal and having an expired inspection sticker on the vehicle he was driving, the Sheriff's Office said.
Cerrillo was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and held on $10,000 bail, the Sheriff's Office said.
