A Jamestown man was arrested on a third-degree assault charge following an alleged domestic dispute in a parking lot, State Police said.
Stephen Graham, 39, was arrested by troopers Tuesday in a parking lot of a business in Celoron following the dispute, State Police said.
After interviewing the parties involved along with witnesses, troopers determined Graham and the female victim had chosen to meet at the lot for a child exchange, which allegedly resulted in an argument, State Police said.
Troopers said Graham struck the victim in the face multiple times and the victim suffered a bloody nose, laceration above her eye and several red marks on her face and head.
Graham was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear later this month in Ellicott Town Court to answer the charge, State Police said.
