Buffalo man, 31, arrested on drug charges in Jamestown

A 31-year-old Buffalo man was arrested Wednesday in Jamestown after Jamestown Police said they found methamphetamine, two different types of illegal pills and uncapped or used needles in his vehicle.

Peter M. Carcione, of Buffalo, was stopped by police officers near King and Hebner streets at about 2 p.m. Wednesday, according to Jamestown Police.

During the course of the traffic stop, officers found the drug materials in Carcione’s vehicle, Jamestown Police said.

Carcione faces charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, authorities said.
