Davis' body was found shortly after 11 a.m. Monday in a North Buffalo apartment on the first block of Holling Drive, between Delaware and Virgil avenues.

An autopsy by the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office determined Davis died of blunt force injury, police said at a Tuesday news conference.
