Simoncellis buy Quaker Boy building in Orchard Park

An Orchard Park light industrial building has been acquired by the owners of Simoncelli Electric.

Edward A. and John J. Simoncelli paid $850,000 earlier in July to acquire the 13,400-square-foot, single-story building at 5455 Webster Road from OP 5455 Webster LLC, which is owned by David Obrochta.

Constructed in 1989 and renovated in 1994, the single-story, gray Quaker Boy building includes 2,100 square feet of office and retail space, 2,200 square feet of production space and 9,100 square feet of warehouse space, with 12-foot ceilings and a parking lot. It's located on 3.18 acres off Southwestern Boulevard, across the street from Simoncelli Electric's facility at 3740 California Road

Quaker Boy sells wild-animal "game calls" used by hunters, including various sounds for turkey, deer, elk, moose, squirrel, duck and goose, as well as camouflage apparel, hats and shirts. Simoncelli is a commercial and residential electrical contractor, founded in 1980.
