The Buffalo Beauts will play a National Women's Hockey League game at KeyBank Center for the first time this season – and it will be part of a doubleheader with the Sabres, the teams announced Monday.
The Beauts will host the expansion Minnesota Whitecaps at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, prior to the Sabres' 7 p.m. game against the Boston Bruins. All fans who purchase a ticket for the Sabres game will also receive a ticket for the Beauts game in the afternoon.
The full Beauts schedule will be announced by the NWHL later this week. The Dec. 29 game is one of eight at home, with the other seven slated at HarborCenter.
Beauts season tickets will be available for $120 and will include a ticket to all eight Beauts home games. In addition to their Beauts tickets, every season ticket holder will also receive a voucher good for one 300 Level II ticket to a select Sabres game this season.
Individual-game tickets will be $20 per game, and all games at HarborCenter are general admission. Season ticket and individual-game ticket on-sale dates, including the doubleheader, will be announced at a later date.
