Man jailed after allegedly entering Tonawanda Reservation house twice without permission

A man who allegedly entered a house on Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Reservation twice without permission of the property owner early Saturday faces two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Jonathan C. Shirley, 36, of Council House Road, Tonawanda Reservation, was remanded to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond following arraignment in Town of Alabama Court. An order of protection also was issued on behalf of the complainant.

Shirley was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Saturday after deputies responded to a call about a trespasser.
