More than 50 agencies will offer services to those in need in the third annual Project Connect Niagara from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, in the Heart, Love and Soul Food Pantry and Dining Room, 939 Ontario St., Niagara Falls.
Last year, more than 300 people had access to free help with housing, employment, government benefits, veterans’ benefits and legal services. Staff from Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston provided several free medical services. This year it will feature 10 additional agencies.
The session is presented by the Niagara County Coalition of Services to the Homeless in conjunction with the annual Niagara County Poverty Conference. For more information, call 286-8750 or visit niagara.edu/projectconnect.
