A Sinclairville man was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to State Police.
Troopers from the State Police Jamestown Barracks pulled over Steven Kotch, 45, on Chautauqua County Route 380 in Falconer for a traffic violation.
Kotch was arrested after he failed several field sobriety tests. He was transported to the State Police Barracks in Jamestown where he provided troopers with a breath sample that registered .14, State Police said.
Kotch was released after he was issued tickets requiring him to return later in July to Ellicott Town Court.
