A Syracuse-based bankruptcy law firm will combine with Barclay Damon on Aug. 1.
As a result of the combination, 14 attorneys from Menter, Rudin and Trivelpiece, along with 17 paralegals and staff members, will join Barclay Damon.
Menter’s president and CEO, Jeffrey A. Dove, will be co-chair of Barclay Damon’s restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice area.
Barclay Damon was formed in 2015, the result of the combination of Hiscock & Barclay and Buffalo-based Damon Morey, and now has nearly 300 lawyers. Among its locations are offices in Buffalo and Clarence.
