A Buffalo man who was a member of the North Tonawanda and South Buffalo chapters of the Kingsmen motorcycle club has pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Monday.
Glen Stacharczyck, 53, is the 16th Kingsmen member or associate to have been convicted out of the 20 who have been charged, prosecutors said. He was one of 16 Kingsmen in three states who were indicted in March 2016 of running a criminal enterprise that sold drugs and guns. Stacharczyck also possessed firearms, according to prosecutors.
Stacharczyck faces up to 20 years in prison at his sentencing, scheduled for Dec. 12.
