Nepalese immigrant attacked, robbed at park

Four men attacked a Nepalese man early Sunday morning in the triangular park at the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and School Street, Buffalo Police reported.

The suspects were described as being around 15 to 19 years old, all with dark, short hair. They all were wearing white T-shirts at the time of the attack, according to the victim, who only speaks Nepali.

The attack, which occurred around 1:10 a.m., left the victim with minor injuries to his knee, elbows and mouth. He said the attackers took a clip containing his New York State identification card, an insurance card and a Samsung Galaxy cellphone.
