Troopers arrest seven for drug sales at Blue Heron Music Festival

State Police reported they arrested seven men – four of them Western New Yorkers – in a crackdown on drug sales last weekend in and around the Blue Heron Music Festival in Sherman.

The arrests included, according to State Police:

  • Nathaniel A. Holland, 55, of Buffalo, possession of marijuana and an imitation controlled substance
  • Kyle N. Neubeck, 24, of North Collins, and Michael J. Golden, 27, of Jamestown, both two counts of fifth-degree sale of a controlled substance
  • Joseph J. Violanti, 27, of Eden, four counts of fifth-degree sale of a controlled substance
  • Joshua A. Reeves and Jacob L. Gilbert, both 33 and of North East, Pa., both felony possession and sale of a controlled substance
  • Patrick J. Summers, 23, of Deposit, three counts of fourth-degree sale of a controlled substance

Troopers said they also made 14 arrests for drug possession, two arrests for driving while intoxicated and seized a variety of drugs, $3,000 in cash and a pickup truck and camper.
