Buffalo Music Hall of Fame to celebrate five years at the Hard Rock

The dedicated room of Buffalo Music Hall of Fame memorabilia is ready to celebrate its fifth anniversary at 7 p.m. June 27 in the Hard Rock Cafe (333 Prospect St., Niagara Falls).

A one-of-a-kind partnership between the Hard Rock Cafe organization and the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame, the 48-seat room opened its doors in June of 2013 to display a wide array of artifacts from Buffalo's long musical history including George “Hound Dog” Lorenz’s WBLK wall clock and Jessie Galante’s Stage One jacket.

The fifth anniversary celebration will temporarily showcase works from local songwriters including Harold Arlen, Ray Henderson, Jack Yellen, Ray Evans and Chauncey Olcott alongside its permanent display of musical artists from Buffalo's past and present.

Attendance to the event is free.
