Jeffery D. Palumbo has represented scores of developers and property owners over his decades as an attorney.
Now, Palumbo wants to bring his own housing development to life.
Palumbo told The Buffalo News that he is behind a 40-house subdivision planned for a 31-acre parcel on the north side of Roll Road, between Thompson Road and Martha's Vineyard Drive. He did not provide further information on his plans.
That vacant parcel was eyed for development as the Camp Roll subdivision a number of years ago by builder Paul M. Bliss, but the town never completed its review of the project, said James Callahan, Clarence's director of community development.
The new developer has taken over and has restarted the approval process, Callahan said. The town Planning Board would review the development first before the Town Board has the final say.
