Name: Stacey Moscato, 36.
Who she is: Mother of 8-year-old Vincent. Owner of Peek-A-Boo Baby Boutique, 1446 Hertel Ave., specializing in new and “previously loved” baby and kids’ clothing up to size 8 ‑ as well as toys and accessories.
What she’s wearing: Ripped, high-waisted black jeans from Urban Outfitters. Black tank (knotted at the waist) and mustard cardigan – both from Second Chic on Elmwood Avenue. Flat sandals. Fossil smartwatch; she prefers its round face to the square face of the Apple smartwatch. Multiple bracelets and cuffs from Alex and Ani, MatraBand and Metal Marvels.
Fashion statement: “I’m a jeans-and-T-shirt girl. My work at the shop is very labor-intensive. Day to day, I’m putting things into inventory, steaming all the clothes before they go out and carrying boxes up and down the stairs. I wear a lot of ripped jeans to the shop, but when I go out to dinner or for drinks with friends, I’ll wear a dress with heeled sandals or mules or a long kimono with a body suit and high-waisted jeans with a heeled sandal or open-toe bootie in the spring."
Signature piece: Her bracelets. She owns about 75 of them.
Recent purchase: Mustard yellow slip-on sandals and linen mustard pants with embroidered crop top from Forever 21. “I love mustard yellow; I’m glad it’s back for summer,” she said.
In the market for: “I need more simple, cotton shift dresses that I can wear to the shop - classic lines, easy to put on, easy to wear.”
