Marrano grand opens a new model as Hamburg community expands

High-quality home design, affordable value and trendy location are just a few of the desirable features attracting homebuyers to Marrano’s Deer Springs community in Hamburg, NY.

Marrano opened the doors this week to 2329 Agassiz Drive, its newest model home in the Deer Springs community, and announced that a new phase of lots are now available in the same neighborhood.

“Deer springs is the hottest new home community in Hamburg right now,” said John Manns, executive vice president of sales and marketing, Marrano Homes. “We’re offering the total package that we know homebuyers are looking for: quality, value and location. And that’s not easy to find.”

A 2,260 square-foot single-family home, 2329 Agassiz Drive offers a wide-open floor plan. A welcoming foyer leads visitors into the downstairs, which opens into a dining room, dinette, gourmet kitchen, family room and sunroom.

Complete with plenty of seating room, the kitchen features a variety of deluxe amenities, including a center island, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash, hardwood flooring and a built-in microwave. Homebuyers looking to build in Deer Springs can choose from 30 new homesites as part of Marrano’s newest phase of development. A total of 50 new lots will complete the phase, but 20 have already been pre-sold.

Typical Deer Springs lots are oversized, similar to a cul-de-sac style lot, and buyers have access to a variety of home options, including a wide blend of two-story home designs and ranch layouts ranging from $260,000 to $350,000+. Of the 20 homesites that have already been pre-sold, there were 17 different floor plans.
