Nicholas Jenkins of North Tonawanda pleaded guilty Wednesday to sexual assaults on two women.
Jenkins, 35, of Witmer Road, agreed to a plea deal that includes a 10-year prison sentence and 15 years of post-release supervision. Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III will impose the sentence on June 26.
Jenkins admitted to a reduced charge of attempted first-degree criminal sexual act for an Aug. 1 attack on a woman in an abandoned garage off an alley between Ninth and 10th streets in Niagara Falls. He also pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse for a crime against another woman on 10th Street on March 3, 2015.
A third Falls woman recently accused Jenkins of assaulting her in 2009, First Assistant District Attorney Holly E. Sloma said.
