Lackawanna man charged with aggravated DWI after crash

A Lackawanna man faces an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after a collision Monday on Electric Avenue, according to police.

Ryan T. Zmuda, 35, failed several field sobriety tests at the scene on Electric, between Cherry and Date avenues, Lackawanna police said.

He registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.21 percent, more than twice the legal limit, police said, adding that Zmuda admitted drinking several alcoholic beverages at an unspecified location in Buffalo.

No one was injured in the crash.
