A Fredonia woman was arrested on driving while intoxicated charges after the vehicle she was driving was involved in a rollover crash, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.
At 6:36 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a rollover accident involving a single vehicle on Willow Road in the Town of Dunkirk. Deputies identified the operator as Lori A. Carr, 38, who they discovered had been driving in an intoxicated state.
Carr was the sole occupant and was not injured. She was arrested and charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
She had a blood alcohol content of at least .18 percent, deputies said. Carr is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court.
