The Council for Older Adults in Niagara County (COA) is holding its annual Spring Conference, Luncheon and Resource Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 23 at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, 7001 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls.
The theme is “Take 5 For You” with a series of speakers presenting 5 tips to age happier and healthier, including registered dietician Joan Panepinto; certified yoga instructor Stephanie Chesebro; and licensed psychologist Dr. Melinda Scime.
More than 20 vendors will participate; student volunteers will answer technology questions; and the county Department of Health will offer screenings. The event is open to all Niagara County residents age 55 and older. Cost is $25 and also includes a Continental breakfast and luncheon.
