Even without a roster at full strength, the Rochester Americans continue to find success against the best team in the American Hockey League.
Rochester won its third straight meeting in the season series against the Toronto Marlies with a 6-5 overtime win at Blue Cross Arena Saturday night.
Sahir Gill scored the game’s first goal 50 seconds in and ended it 1:45 into the extra period on a toe-drag move he finished with a shot to the top-left corner of the net.
