$32,550 in computers not delivered to Boys and Girls Club

The Boys and Girls Club of Buffalo appears the loser in a case of grand larceny.

East Side resident Shari McDonald told Buffalo Police she ordered 42 notebook computers with a value of $32,550 from Close 2 Da Edge PC Technology Solutions.

McDonald said the company's owner, Vern Ramon Lockridge, cashed the check on Dec. 27, 2017, and the Boys and Girls Club has not received the computers.

The police department said an investigation is pending.
