Grand Island man arrested on public lewdness charge

Jacob Stromberg (Provided by New York State Police)

A Grand Island man was arrested after he allegedly pulled up next to a car headed north on the South Grand Island bridge Sunday, turned on his interior lights and exposed himself, state police said.

The complainants, who were not identified, told troopers that they tried to drive away from the man but he continued to follow their car and expose himself.

Troopers arrested Jacob Stromberg, whose age was not given. He was charged with public lewdness, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released and is slated to return to Grand Island court at a later date.
