An opening reception for "Selected Works by Tom Busch" is planned for 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 9 at the Project 308 Gallery, 308 Oliver St., North Tonawanda.
The Buffalo native began making images in 1973 as a still photographer and filmmaker while attending SUNY at Buffalo. His personal films were screened in local galleries as well as several national and international shows. He moved to Chicago in 1980, working as a lighting technician on television commercials and small films before moving into producing and production managing feature films and television shows. His drawings and paintings reflect the many cities and people he met throughout his career.
The exhibit runs through April 7. The Project 308 Gallery is open noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sunday and by appointment, by calling (310) 689-8244.
