Dockside Village is where it all started for RANE Property Management, which designs, builds and manages premier lifestyle communities in Western New York and Florida.
Located at 20 Dockside Parkway in East Amherst, Dockside offers residents the flexibility to live, work, and play with everything just minutes away, thanks to easy access off Transit Road and Millersport Highway.
The new Phase III of Dockside Village offers eight- and 26-unit buildings in addition to brand new townhomes. These brand-new apartments boast open floor plans with either a private entrance or beautiful corridor style buildings with high-end finishes and fixtures. The townhomes are large, family friendly spaces offering patio home type living with attached garages, gourmet kitchens, first floor master suites and back patios overlooking Dann Lake.
Tammey Cosgrove, Property Manager at Dockside Village, describes each Phase as having their own look and feel offering the right lifestyle choice for every phase of life.
“Phase I offers that traditional yet stylish feel. People are repeatedly blown away by the spaciousness of these apartments,” explained Cosgrove “Phase II offers newer finishes and the most bang for your buck.”
Prospective residents have one-, two and three-bedroom floor plans to choose from to meet their individual needs. Everyone enjoys a porch or balcony, fireplace, large walk in closets, gourmet kitchens and full-size washers and dryers. Dockside even includes a complete cable/high-speed internet package and valet trash service in their rental prices, which start out at $1,147 per month.
But what makes Dockside Village great? The community. With over 500 units, one can’t help but sense the neighborhood vibe throughout.
Dockside residents enjoy two heated salt water swimming pools, a business center, coffee bar, theater room, two playgrounds and a beautiful grand party room.
An expansive 24-hour fitness center has video enabled workout equipment and a partnership with “Shape Up with Shelly” who offers personal fitness instruction for Dockside residents only. Residents also get to enjoy private access to Dann Lake.
The town of Amherst has drafted renovation plans for a makeover at the lake, including a boardwalk, canoe and kayak launch and fishing platform. Great additions to this already amazing community.
