The club traces its roots to 1960. Its first indoor facility, in Amherst, closed in 1982.
Buffalo Curling Club was re-established in 2014 and has grown to about 300 members who have since used the outdoor rinks at RiverWorks.
The club will host the open house in its new facility two days after the U.S. Olympic curling team shocked Canada in the semi-finals. The so-called "Team of Rejects" won their first ever gold medal.
The open house also includes food trucks, raffles, and wine tasting from Ten Thousand Vines Winery of Hamburg.
