Multifamily real estate investor Bryan Green snapped up another Town of Tonawanda apartment complex Thursday, adding to a cluster he already owns on Sheridan Drive and Englewood Avenue.
Green, through Matlis Four, paid $820,000 to acquire 614 Englewood from Frank Ventura, who has owned it since 1985, when it was built.
The two-building, two-story complex – with 12 units in all – sits on 0.314 acres between Parker Boulevard and Starin Avenue, with 12,144 square feet of space.
Green's company, the Green Organization, is a family-owned real estate investment and management company that has specialized in apartments and townhouses for over 25 years. Among its holdings are properties at 627, 633 and 442 Englewood, 1455 and 2719 Sheridan and 345 Westgate Road in Tonawanda, as well as 5-14 Northwood Drive and 436 Third Ave. in Amherst.
Additionally, the firm bought 35, 39 and 47 Joseph Drive and 430 Englewood Ave. in Tonawanda in January, and is seeking to gain approval for a 24-unit apartment project at 4400 North French Road in Amherst and 33-unit project on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.
