A Buffalo man was thrown in jail on a drunken driving charge after he drove his vehicle into a ditch in the Town of Orangeville, the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office said Sunday.
Isaac B. Carver, Jr., 42, was accused of driving into a ditch on State Route 20A on Friday. An investigation revealed that Carver had a revoked non-driver identification card with 18 active suspensions or revocations, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Carver was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony; driving while intoxicated; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation; unreasonable speed; and changing lanes unsafely.
He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court, where bail was set at $10,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He was being held in the Wyoming County Jail awaiting a Feb. 28 appearance in the Town of Orangeville Court.
