Lockport’s Shamus Restaurant will again host its “History Center Night” from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Feb. 21 to support the Niagara History Center.
The restaurant, at 98 West. Ave., will donate a portion of all proceeds that evening to the history center. Guests will order dinner selections from the menu, as usual, and are asked to phone in reservations directly to the Shamus at 433-9809.
Established in 1950, the restaurant is an icon known throughout the Buffalo-Niagara region. Ann Murphy, owner of the Shamus since 1990, continues the long tradition of fine food, classic atmosphere and warm hospitality.
“The Shamus has offered a commitment to our mission and programs through many years of support,” says Melissa Dunlap, the History Center’s executive director. For more information on History Center programs, call 434-7433.
